These tracks are designed to relax you and get you off to sleep fast. Although the tracks are 60 minutes long,do not expect to hear the end of the track…you’ll be long gone by then.

The process of brainwave entrainment relies on the natural phenomena of synchronization.

Entrainment is defined as a ‘synchronization of two or more rhythmic cycles’.
